The continuous rainfall is forcing people to remain indoor. People are not able to go outside in this weekend. Rivers are floating near to the danger mark. In view of this, coastal alert was issued . At various locations as well as landslides and waterlogging is interrupting people daily curriculum.
Many routes of Char Dham tour are blocked due to rainfall. Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri highways are open now. Met office forecast, rains in the state will remain even today. In Uttarakhand, several interconnecting rural roads have blocked due to landslides triggered by rains. A total of 65 rural roads are blocked in Pauri district, seven rural roads are blocked in Almora, five in Champawat and 40 in Tehri.
