Famous Badrinath Temple will open its door on 30th April for the pilgrims. The abode of Badrinath will open for pilgrims at morning 04:30 am on 30 April 2018.
In the presence of Raj Purohit and other scholars, Raja Manujendra Shah has decided to open Badrinath’s gates at 04:30 in the morning of April 30, 2018.
King Manujendra Shah also announced his successor on this occasion. King has no son, so he has appointed his daughter Shivja Kumari Arora as his successor. After this Shivja will follow the tradition of opening the gates of Badrinath.

This Kalash yatra reached Badrinath via the village Dimmar Simli, the village of priests of Badrinath. This sesame oil is used every day after the opening of gates for Abhishek of Lord Badrinath.
