Chief Secretary Rakesh Sharma said that the Kedarnath reconstruction work will be started from 25th of September. Master plan will be implemented to rebuild Kedarnath again. He had a talk with the teerth purohits and discussion with them. He said that the Badrinath Highway near Lambagad sliding zone, would be rehabilitated from 1st October.

According to him the path size from helipad to shrine will be construct broader. He also agreed on purohits request to make rectangular shape ‘ghat’ on the Mandakini river and the Saraswati river meet. Teerth purohit also talked about the survivors who have not got their money yet. He also said that the construction of back side of the shrine will completed soon.
