The temple of Baba is decorated with 20 quintals of flowers. At the same time, on Monday, the Panchmukhi Doli of Lord Kedarnath reached its abode amidst the cheers of the devotees. Baba’s doli has been placed near the temple with the rituals. Along with this other religious traditions have been discharged.
On Tuesday morning at 6.20 am, the doors of Lord Kedarnath opened for the devotees amidst the cheers of Jai Kedar. The Panchmukhi idol of Baba was placed in the Kedar temple. The doors of Lord Kedarnath were opened under the rituals and religious traditions. The first puja was performed in the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In the early hours the Utsav Doli of Baba Kedar was offered by the Chief Priest and rituals were performed, after which the Doli was decorated. In the presence of Kedarnath Rawal Bhimashankar Linga, Vedpathis, priests, Hakukdharis, chanting was done on the doors according to Vedic traditions and the doors were opened at 6.20 am. During this Doli entered the temple.
First of all, the priests and Vedapathis cleaned the sanctum sanctorum and offered bhog. After this worship was done inside the temple. The entire Kedarnath reverberated with the cheers of Bhole Baba along with the tunes of the army band.
