‘Mere Bujurg Mere Teerth’ yojana by Uttarakhand Tourism will continue this year to assist Senior citizen for Chardham yatra. Citizen more than 65 years of age can avail this yojana. Through this yojana one can visit Badrinath, Reetha Meetha Sahib, Gangotri and Nanak Matta at free of cost.
Under ‘Mere Bujurg Mere Teerth’ yojana, if any one of couple has attain 65 years then also they can avail this free Chardham travel Yojana. All they need documents are Voter Id, Health certificate and passport size photo with application form which can be get from GMVN, SDM or BDO office. The applications can be submitted to same offices.
