After the results of the Lok Sabha elections, President Ramnath Kovind will come to Kedarnath Dham, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi will come to Kedar Dham on May 18. In view of this, the police administration has started preparations.
Additional District Magistrate Arvind Kumar Pandey said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Baba Kedar on 18th May and offer worship of Lord. Advance Security Legion (ASL) team will reach Kedarnath on Wednesday for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Kedarnath tour, where most of the officials of the district have been made duty. District Magistrate Mangesh Ghildiyal has instructed all the officers to reach Kedarnath Dham on time. Pm Narendra Modi has come to Kedarnath three times during his tenure. For the first time on May 03, 2017 during the opening ceremony, for the second time on October 20, 2017, during the closing ceremony and the third time on November 08, 2018, PM Modi came to Kedarnath just before the closing ceremony of the temple.
