A hike in the number of devotees is expected in this year Char Dham yatra. The Chardham yatra will start from 28 April from the opening of Kapats of Gangotri, Yamunotri and Kedarnath. Most of the hotels in Chardham route are booked till mid of June month. Travel agents also completed their Chardham packages booking to the incoming pilgrims from various states and cities.
Enthused by the forthcoming season and advance booking, travel agents hoping for huge turnout of pilgrims same as before 2013 floods.
This time Chardham shrines are opening on the last week of April month. Its being estimated that this season huge pilgrims visit Chardham.
Many tour operators and travel agents have done 80% booking for pilgrims from 27 April to 10 June this year. There are more than 510 and 340 hotel in Gangotri & Yamunotri valley. Most of them get 80% advance bookings till now.
