This season definitly brings lots of happiness for Uttarakhand. As in this Char Dham Yatra all records has been broken in terms of number of tourist. This is a good news for all as Uttarakhand Govt worked very hard to make yatra just like before. In comparision with last year Yatra, in this season tourist are 10 times increased in number.
Most of the tourist belongs from outer province
The disaster of Kedarnath now completely washed out from everyones mind. Now people are enjoying the Char Dham Yatra in the same way like before. Most of the tourist are from outer regions. According to the secretary of Char Dham Yatra Mr. A.K Shriwastav, last year the yatra was started from 22nd April and that time the number of tourist were 3000 only, but in this season it will turn into 40,000.
