Now pilgrims will get refund in their bank accounts in case of any extra money charge by dandi-kandi and other operators in the Kedarnath trek route. The administration has started to take feedback and complaints from pilgrims on Kedarnath yatra. On Saturday, a pilgrims wrote the complain about horse mule operator who is charging more than fixed rate. The administration had taken strict action against the operator.
Special counter at Sonprayag and Gaurikund are opened for feedback and complaint registration where pilgrims can report any sort of complaints and feedbacks for the improvement of Kedarnath yatra. On the basis of feedback, future projects will be planned.
Yatra magistrate told that fast action had been taken against the complaint registered on saturday and operator is suspended from work till he submit the extra amount taken from the pilgrim on prepaid counter. Also complainant has been asked to provide account details to transfer the extra amount back to him.
