There is a good news for Char Dham Yatra 2021 for pilgrims waiting to take darshan at Chardham Temples. On the occasion of opening of Badrinath and Rudranath Dham, Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj told that pilgrims will be able to visit Chardham shrines after the Corona epidemic situation returned to normal. At the present, due to rise in Covid-19 cases, Govt has taken a decision to postponed the starting of Chardham Yatra for 2021.
All the Char Dham temples along with Tungnath, Rudranath, etc are opened with the presence of only main Priests and temple officials. Minister wishes all pilgrims on the occasion of opening of Badrinath Dham and take virtual darshan of opening ceremony of Badrinath. He also told that Virtual darshan of Chardham temples will be available to all the pilgrims and Char Dham Yatra will start soon after the Covid situation become normal again.
